Blake Topping LLB BCom Blake is the principal of the firm and was admitted as a Solicitor in 1981. He graduated in Commerce and Law from the University of Queensland and was awarded a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from Queensland University of Technology. He has extensive experience in Family Law, Succession Law, Litigation and Property Law.  He provides volunteer legal advice at Caxton Legal Service. 

He is a member of the Family Law Practitioners' Association of Queensland Limited.

Declan Barry LLB Declan is a consultant to the firm and was admitted as a solicitor in 1973. He holds a Bachelor of Laws from University of Queensland. He practised as a principal of Kreis Barry & Foote Solicitors for nearly 30 years before joining Blake Topping. 

Throughout Declan’s career he has dealt extensively in conveyancing, business law, wills and estates.
